Rental Rates in Euros, per day & week, and for the entire property

These rates are for the entire villa for up to 12 people. All linens, including pool towels, are included. Bed linen is changed once a week. All utilities and final cleaning are included. Also included is maid service for 4 hours a day/5 days a week. A changeover of rooms for different guests is allowed as long as the number of people does not exceed 12. If the change can be done during the normal maid service, there is no charge. But special requests or a change on a day when the maid is not normally there may be an extra charge of 20 euros per hour for the cleaning.

Parties are not allowed with additional people without prior approval or contact us if you would like a quote for a special occasion. Loud parties, that may be heard by the neighbors, are not allowed.

We do offer discounts for stays longer than one week or for smaller parties, contact us for more specific details.

Rentals during Summer and High Season normally begin on a Saturday. However, please contact us if you prefer another time, we may be able to accommodate this.

We ask for a 25% deposit at time of booking, with the balance due 60 days before the rental.

Our cancellation policy is:

• 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.

• 50% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

• No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

If you should need to cancel within the 60 days, we will do our best to re-rent the villa and return your deposit.

Our deposits are returned less any processing fees ( e.g. credit card charges)

Fees can be paid by credit card of bank transfer, in euros.
